Shipping policy

Mach Supply Co LLC can ship to all of the United States, excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, Military APO & FPO. Mach Supply Co does not currently offer international shipping through the website.

While we do our best to keep all items in-stock at all times, we do ask that you please allow up to 3-5 business days to ship your order, once all necessary information for your order has been received (payment, shipping details, special requests, etc.)

Mach Supply Co LLC utilizes USPS for most of its shipping. We may utilize UPS or FedEx upon our own discretion. 

Packages that are damaged must be reported to Mach Supply Co within 48 hours of delivery. We make every effort to package all items safely and securely. If any item arrives broken, please keep all packaging materials and contact us right away. 

All transit times are subject to carrier utilized. Mach Supply Co ships all orders FOB Shipping Point, meaning the liability of goods is released as soon as they are in the possession of the carrier.
